Curtis Stone Events provides full event catering for all kinds of functions. Whether it be sit-down dining or canapes, we can tailor a menu to impress — and our highly experienced team is able to confidently run small, medium or large-scale events.
Seated dining
From intimate, lavish dinner parties to wild cocktail soirees, we use our experience in revelry to customise your vision and meet expectations that will leave an impression with your guests and put the special in every occasion. Each seated menu is inclusive of food service waiters, chefs and Baker Blu bread with toasted yeast butter.
Our menus change seasonally — what follows is a guide only. Starting from $105 per adult, for a minimum of 10 guests.
A sample seated menu
- Canapes on arrival — whipped feta, spinach and pea pani puri; confit duck tostada, queso fresco, pickled onions, coriander; raw tuna, saffron cracker, yuzu emulsion, sea vegetables
- Entree — char-grilled quail, eggplant pickle, labneh, pine nuts
- Alternate drop main — wagyu beef rump cap, celeriac remoulade, wasabi leaf, jus gras; gold band snapper, cauliflower cream, smoked mussel dressing
- Sides to share — market salad, seasonal vegetables, fruits, raspberry mignonette; triple cooked kipflers, lemon, garlic, parsley
- Dessert — raspberry semi freddo, lychee jelly, rose, pistachio

Cocktail dining
Complete your cocktail dining experience with interactive food stations and beverage packages. A roving cocktail menu spans cold and hot canapes, substantial bowl food and dessert canapes — designed for guests to graze and mingle through the evening.
Our menus change seasonally — refer to the below as a guide only. Cocktail dining starts from $120 per adult, for a minimum of 25 guests; roving canapes start from $75 per adult, for a minimum of 20 guests.

- Cold canapes — Fremantle octopus, prawn, chilli and olive gilda; lamb carpaccio, egg yolk jam, fennel seed cracker; asparagus and squacquerone tart, fennel pollen
- Hot canapes — coconut nigiri, crab and yuzu salad; pulled chicken croquette, romesco, fried garlic; mushroom and thyme arancini, mustard seed aioli
- Substantial bowl food — olive oil poached salmon, buttermilk, fennel, caviar; native spiced braised lamb doughnut, bush tomato salt; CSE fried chicken slider, baby gem, chipotle mayonnaise
- Dessert canapes — gin and tonic tart, ruby grapefruit; pistachio choux bun, yuzu curd

Choose to elevate your beverage experience with mixologist-made cocktails, a complete bar set-up and service staff. Curated three-hour packages move from sparkling and crisp whites through rose, pinot noir and shiraz, alongside tap beer, Capi sodas and still and sparkling mineral waters.
